Dreadful Non Healing Ulcer cured in an ITP Patient

- Venous Ulcers in left leg.
- Blood discharge when pressure on leg or while walking.
- Low Platelet counts(0.18 lakh). Wound healing very slow.
- Complaints starts with a pustular eruption followed with number of pustular eruptions converted into a wound.
- Numbness on affected area. Red margins around the wound.
- Black discoloration on leg with dryness and skin peels off.
- H/O taken vacuum therapy.
- Genetically deformity in right foot.
- H/O Injury on left leg. Node formation after healing of wound.
- Cyanosis when pinching or slap. Skin is sensitive.
- No pain and no sensation on affected area.
- P/H Cataract, blurred vision of eyes.
