Refund Policy

• Refunds for consultations or services will be considered only if the service was not provided due to an error on our part.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the scheduled consultation.

Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Cancellations made within less than 24 hours are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

• The payment will not be refunded if a user does not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice.
