Dharitri Dutta Gupta is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist at AKGsOVIHAMS Medical Centres, New Delhi. She is an RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist and provides psychotherapy, counselling, psychological assessment, and de-addiction counselling to people of all age groups. She has been appointed as a Lecturer of Clinical Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at the prestigious Gauhati Medical College and Hospital, Guwahati. She is also an Executive Board Member of Aakuali Care Services, Guwahati.

She is a former Assistant Professor at Assam Don Bosco University, Guwahati where she taught Graduate and Post-Graduate Psychology students and also guided them in their research work. Earlier, she has worked as a Psychologist at Sukrut Psychotherapeutic Center (Bangalore), Mind India (Guwahati) and Alzheimer’s & Related Disorders Society of India (Guwahati).
In addition to this, she has presented research papers at National and International Psychology Conferences. She even appeared on Doctor’s Speak (DD News) as a Mental Health Expert on the occasion of World Mental Health Day, 2020. She regularly writes on issues related to mental health in the E-newsletter of AKGsOVIHAMS under the section “Mind the MIND”.
