Kaartik Gupta is a young and bright psychologist. He did his graduation in Psychology Honours from Delhi University and Master’s Degree in Psychology (Clinical) from Christ University, Bangalore. He has worked as a Counselling Psychologist at Delhi Psychiatry Centre, Preet Vihar Delhi for over a year and honed his skills as a mental health professional. After this, he completed his MPhil in Clinical Psychology from Sweekaar Academy of Rehabilitation Sciences, Secunderabad and is now a licensed Clinical Psychologist recognised by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). He is trained in taking detailed case history, conducting mental status examinations, carrying out psychological assessments and psychological therapies of the patients seeking help. In addition, he has also done additional courses and attended workshops in Hypnosis, Cognitive-Behaviour Hypnotherapy and Transactional Analysis. He writes regularly on psychological issues in the section of Mind the MIND in the Monthly E- Newsletter of AKGsOVIHAMS.
- He is associated with the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), Vasant Kunj as a visiting psychologist.
- Kaartik Gupta is also on the panel of Samvedna Institute for Children with Special Needs, Shalimar Bagh.
- He has even given talks on issues related to mental health on Apna Radio 96.9 FM, which is a community radio owned by the IIMC.
